Overview: We offer you the opportunity to get away from it all at one of our wilderness outpostlocations. Rustic log cabins with first class provisions, linens and cooking facilities; boats, motors, fueland life cushions provided. Accessible by floatplane with a variety of fishing for wild rainbow trout to5 pounds! The West Chilcotin region in British Columbia is known for its pristine beauty... ruggedmountains backstaging a rolling plateau dotted with many lakes and streams throughout its immensebreadth Outpost Cabins: We provide accommodation in large log wilderness cabins - see images onpage - throughout the Chilkotin Area, all located on a level expense of sand with good open spacewhere you can throw shoes on the horseshoe pitch or go for leisurely walks on a long sandy beachwhile you soak in the quietude. You have a choice of fishing the main lake, a few smaller lakes in the area or drift dry flies on the stream that connects the lakes. Capacity: Maximum 4-6 Clients per Cabin

Davidson Lake: is the first of three lakes in this mountain valley... there are two more within a reasonable hike: Avalanche Lake and Reed Lake the latter is hidden behind the base of the mountain on the left. This outpost offers good-to-excellent fishing and has a spectacular view to the mountain on a clear sunny morning.

Eliguk Lake: 3 cabins. It is our outpost that offers the most consistent fishing for wild rainbow trout.It's a fairly large lake and can be productive fishing the numerous bays, or windrifting 'slots' where the fish are holding when a breeze is blowing. When conditions are right, the far end of the lake offers excellent dry fly fishing.

Moose Lake: a larger lake in the shape of an 'L' that has good fishing all season long.

Shetler Lake: is our 'perfect summer mountain retreat'... a large log cabin is located on a levelexpense of sand with good open space where you can throw shoes on the horseshoe pitch or go for leisurely walks on a long sandy beach while you soak in the quietude. You have a choice of fishing the main lake, a few smaller lakes in the area or drift dry flies on the stream that connects Shetler withCrazy Bear Lake.

Toms Lake: has a comfortable cabin which accommodates up to 6 people, 2 boats and 3 lakes to fishor explore. Historically, this outpost has produced the largest rainbows out of all our outposts...so keep a firm grip on your rod as these fish are fat and sassy.

Upper Dean River: Our original outpost, established in 1958 has some awesome dry fly action fromopening day on June 15th to mid-July when the fishing tapers off due to low water conditions. Lots ofwild cuttbows with numerous hatches of mayflies, caddis and stoneflies make this 'fly fishing only'destination a 'must do' for guests on a lodge daily flyout package.
