RR#11 – Coast to Coast Rail Adventure
Vancouver on Canada’s Pacific Coast, and Halifax on Canada’s Atlantic Coast, and of course all of the spectacular highlights in between. Explore the diverse scenery and culture as you travel 4,000 miles across the world’s second largest country.

Day  Routing
01
Vancouver Arrival
Arrive in Vancouver. Individual transfer to your in hotel in prime downtown location. This afternoon you may join our Deluxe Grand City Tour to see the famous sights of this beautiful port city including 1,000 Acre Stanley Park, English Bay, Granville Island, Chinatown, historic Gastown and prestigious Shaughnessy residential area. Admission to the Lookout Sightseeing Tower is included.

Vancouver – Kamloops
Boarding: 7:00 am, Arrival: 5:05 pm
Travel onboard the Rocky Mountain Railroad from Vancouver to Kamloops in the interior of British Columbia. En route you will pass through the fertile Fraser Valley and the scenic Fraser Canyon. One of the canyon’s true highlights is Hell’s Gate, where you will watch water torrent past the canyon’s walls at its narrowest point. Upon leaving the Fraser Canyon, the train will follow the Thompson River to the city of Kamloops. Tonight you may join us to the Two River Junction Dinner & Musical Revue. B, L

Kamloops – Banff
Boarding: 7:00 am, Arrival: 5:05 pm

Sightseeing in Banff
Enjoy a three-hour motorcoach sightseeing tour of Banff townsite this morning. Among the highlights are visits to Bow Falls, Banff Gondola, the Cave and Basin Centre, Surprise Corner, and the Hoodoos. The rest of the day is free to spend at leisure in Banff. Overnight in Banff.

Banff - Lake Louise including Yoho National Park
A tour takes you into Yoho National Park to view some of its natural wonders. Among the attractions are Lake Louise, the Spiral Tunnels, Emerald Lake and a natural Rock Bridge that spans the Kicking Horse River. Between June and September additional stops will be made at Takakkaw Falls, Moraine Lake and the Valley of the Ten Peaks. Overnight at the world famous Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise.

Free day at Lake Louise
Enjoy a free day at Lake Louise. Take a stroll beside the lake or an afternoon paddle in a canoe. Overnight in Lake Louise.

Icefields Parkway Tour from Lake Louise - Jasper
Enjoy a full day sightseeing tour of Banff and Jasper National Parks via the Icefields Parkway. Among the highlights are Bow Lake, the Columbia Icefield and Athabasca Falls. The Icefield is one of the largest accumulations of ice south of the Arctic Circle in addition to being one of the most accessible ones in North America. It is here that you will ride a Snocoach to the middle of Athabasca Glacier to learn more about its geological features. Time will be available for lunch (not included). Arrive in Jasper late this afternoon. Overnight in Jasper.

Enjoy a full day motorcoach tour to Niagara Falls, one of the great natural wonders of the world. Visit the picture postcard village of Peggy’s Cove and the most photographed lighthouse in the world. There will be plenty of time at the cove for exploring and shopping. Overnight in Halifax.
