British Columbia Snowmobile Tours
Multi Day Snowmobiling Holidays from Revelstoke, Whistler, Banff, Canmore, Vancouver. Snowmobile Rental, Guided Snowmobile Tours, BC & Alberta Snowmobile Adventures.
North Cascade Mountains Snowmobile Adventure
 Coquihalla Highway, North Cascade Mountains
The Lodge is situated halfway between Hope and Merritt, British Columbia on eight beautiful, heavily treed acres surrounded by the Coquihalla Lakes and the North Cascade Mountains. At an altitude of 3780'(1150m) the winter snow is deep for an average of 50 feet (67' in 1998/9), and usually starts late October lasting till late May. However mild temperatures and a surprising amount of sunshine create picture perfect conditions for all winter activities especially snowmobiling. For a break there is ice fishing, x-country skiing, toboganning and just playing around in the pristine snow.

Accommodation
We feature eight lakeside Cottages in various sizes that comfortable and cosy with hydro and wood stoves, loft, running water, kitchen and private bathroom. Kitchens are fully equipped and feature oven, fridge, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and toaster. You need to bring sleeping bags or blankets, pillows, towels and personal toilet items. For the hot tub swimsuits. Maximum occupancy of 6-11 people.

How to get there
Access is very easy from Vancouver, about 2 hours from downtown, through Hope and 55k up the Coquihalla/YellowHead Highway (5) to just past the Toll booth (Exit 228) all on four lane highways. Two wheel drive with good winter tires is enough to get you to the carpark.

Snowmobile Rental
Snowmobiling is excellent right from your cottage door with miles of trails, mountain tracks and serious 'HIGH MARK' country. We have a selection of machines for both mountain and trail gassed up and ready to go. A few minutes paper work and you are in the seat, 10 minutes later on the trails and up to the alpine!. No trailering, no unloading, no gassing up, no worries. Just pure riding!! Typical machines are CLASS 'A' - Skidoo Summit 600's and Skidoo Summit 550's CLASS 'B' - Polaris 340cc, Yamaha Bravo's, most suitable for beginners or people of smaller stature. These machines can seat an adult and child up to 250lbs combined weight. No adult doubling allowed on any machine.

Snowmobile Terrain
Henning Mountain:
This is the nearest and one of the most popular areas. Riding is in the low intermediate to expert range and contains a little for everybody. The Whiskey Jacks Snowmobile Club groom the trail up and maintain a cabin near the top which you are welcome to use. A donation of $2 per person in the begging box to help defray costs would be most appreciated. From the mountain extended trips can be taken to Thynne Mountain and along the back roads to the villages of Tulameen and Coalmont

Juliette Creek:
This is the lodge owners favourite area. This summer the pipeline people have cleared the right of way billard smooth most of the way which should make for a fun ride by itself. Awesome riding for the intermediate to expert rider.

Mine Creek:
Huge rolling cut blocks with few trees perfect for the novice with serious intentions.

Pipeline and the Trans Canada Trail:
Access is direct from the lodge and is perfect for the beginner.

Coalmont, Tulameen and Lodestone Mountain:
A great days ride by just about anyone. Along the Forest road its about 40k, over the mountains via Lodestone and the old Hudson Bay Trail, 172k return. There is a gas station/store in Tulameen and a hotel in Coalmont. Pop in and say high to Peter.
