Use of a generator will be charged with $3.00 per hour or at a flat rate of $8.00 per day

Vehicle Damage Customer’s Responsibility. 
In the event of loss or damage to vehicle while on rental, whether or not due to the fault of the rental customer, the customer's responsibility for direct and accidental loss or damage to the vehicle is limited to a maximum of  $4000.00 per occurrence. There is no limit, however, if vehicle incurs loss or damage outlined below.   

Insurance
Collision and public liability insurance in the amount of $5.000.000 is provided free of charge. The insurance deductible may be reduced to a lower rate per occurrence, with the purchase of the additional VIP Insurance at $20.00 per day or a maximum of $600.00 per rental (Deductible $300.00). VIP increases the liability to 6.000.000 and covers incurred expenses of up to the daily rate paid by the renter in the event of a mechanical breakdown requiring the vehicle to be in for repairs for more than 12- hours. Radio, air conditioning, fridge and cruise control are not considered being mechanical breakdowns. A limit of $1500.00 per trip applies. Customers must present all receipts for refund of expenses. Northern breakdowns may require more time and are not subject to refund.

Driving to Alaska, to Northern BC - Alaska Highway North of Fort St. John or the Steward Cassiar Highway, to the Yukon Territory and to the Northwest Territories are considered Northern Rentals. A mandatory one-time preparation/insurance fee of $300.00 applies. The fee does not apply for all rentals originating in Alaska or the Yukon Territory. If you drive into these areas without permission your insurance coverage may be void. In case of an accident customers are responsible for all fees.

Locally advertised rates may be higher.

Most rental center are providing the following items for rent and at a additional cost: Mountain Bikes, Bike Carrier, Child Seats, Booster Seats, Toaster, Lawn Chairs, inflatable Canoes or Kayaks, Snow Chains etc. Advance reservation is highly recommended. You may rent these items also at local outdoor supply stores.

All units are strictly non-smoking. If you smoke in the unit – a cleaning fee may apply.

Drop off between 08:00 – 10:00 am. A late return fee applies.

RV’s are not permitted on the Dempster Highway to Inuvik, within the Northwest Territories, Mexico or within Death Valley. Travel to Alaska and Yukon Territory (on the Cassiar Hwy and the Alaska Hwy) is allowed only with a pre-paid Northern surcharge of $300.00. RVs are not permitted on roads designated on the official provincial or state maps as ' other roads - gravel or dirt'.

All RV’s are between 1-3 years old

We will make every effort to provide the type of vehicle requested and booked. We do, however, reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equivalent or lower value or offer a higher rated vehicle at no additional cost. Should a lower rated vehicle be substituted, our responsibility is limited to refund the difference in the daily rental rates.
