ITINERARY

Vancouver
Arrive in Vancouver, pick up your rental car and check in at your downtown hotel for the next two nights. Surrounded by the Pacific Ocean and nestled alongside the Coast Mountain Range, Vancouver is home to spectacular natural setting and many attractions.

Vancouver
Spend the day to visit the sights & attractions of Vancouver including Stanley Park, the vibrant shopping district along Robson Street, the historic Gastown, Chinatown and the Capilano Suspension Bridge. Grouse Mountain offers at an elevation of 1200 m incredible views of the city.

Vancouver - Vernon
On the way to the Okanagan Valley stopover at Fraser Canyon - also known as Hell's Gate. The river offers the ultimate in whitewater rafting. With its crystal-blue lake, the Okanagan area is a favourite for golfers, wine lovers and sport enthusiasts.

Vernon - Kelowna
With over 2,000 hours of sunshine every year, the Okanagan offers the longest, sunniest and driest summer season in Canada. Spend time to visit some fruit orchards, vineyards or play a round of golf. To freshen up head out for a sailing trip or a swim in Okangan Lake.

Kelowna - Golden
Travel towards the Canadian Rockies. You will pass Revelstoke and arrive in Golden for your overnight. The area offers glorious scenery within the Purcell Mountain Range. From here it is just a short distance to Yoho and Banff National Park.

Golden - Banff
Stopover at Emerald Lake, Natural Bridge and Takakkaw Falls within Yoho Park. Continue your journey past Kicking Horse Pass and the Continental Divide into Banff National Park - part of UNESCO heritage site. Your first stop should be Lake Louise. The remaining park offers many attractions and spectacular mountain scenery. Visit today the Upper Hot Springs, Bow Falls and the Hoodoos.

Banff - Jasper
One of the world's greatest mountain highways - the Icefields Parkway - offers outstanding views and excellent wildlife viewing. Stopovers should include Peyto Lake, Columbia Icefield and the Sunwapta & Athabasca Falls.

Jasper National Park
Jasper National Park is located amidst the most beautiful wilderness of the Rocky Mountains. Visit Maligne Canyon and glacier-fed Maligne Lake. From here take a cruise to enchanted Spirit Island. The top of Whistlers Mountain promises the best 360-degree views of the rockies.

Jasper - Smithers
Leave Jasper and follow the Miette River to Mt. Robson, the tallest mountain of the Canadian Rockies. At Tete Jaune Cache hike to the Rearguard Falls where salmon attempt to leap the falls. Continue past Prince George to the quaint town Smithers.

Smithers – Prince Rupert
Follow the Yellowhead Highway and stopover at the Gitksan Indian Village of 'Ksan, adjacent to the town of Old Hazelton. Arrive in Prince Rupert, located on Kaien Island at the mouth of the Skeena river. This pretty port city is famous for bear viewing & kayaking.

Inside Passage
Take today an unforgettable day cruise aboard the ferry through the majestic Inside Passage. Aside from a short stretch of open ocean the route leads through a narrow maze of channels, passes, and reaches. Keep your eyes peeled for Orca Whales and Bald Eagles.

Port Hardy - Campbell River
Travel from Port Hardy and stopover at Telegraph Cove. The picturesque "boardwalk village" – of the community is raised on wooden stilts over the waters. Whale watching tours are readily available. Arrive at Campbell River, the salmon fishing capital of British Columbia.

Campbell River - Victoria
Travel to the "Garden City" Victoria, sparkling in one of Canada's mildest climates. Explore the unique British character of Victoria and visit famous landmarks like the Empress Hotel, Chinatown, Parliament Building, Helmcken House or the Antique Row.

Victoria - Vancouver
When you leave Victoria towards the ferry terminal at Sydney stopover at famous Butchart Gardens. The Gardens have several feature areas including a japanese Garden, a Rose Garden, and a Sunken Garden. Take the ferry from Swartz Bay to Vancouver where your tour ends.
